Please purchase wisely. We can only offer you an exchange or a store credit to the same dollar value. (Excluding faulty or damaged items; please see Refunds section below)

We offer returns up to 30 days from your date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels still attached. We will also require your receipt or proof of purchase.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on any Pre-Order items.

Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: PO BOX 113, CONCORD WEST, NSW, 2138

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item for an exchange or credit. (For domestic orders, this will likely consist of a $9.15 Australia Post return label)

If the item is faulty, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.

Refunds

We only offer refunds for faulty or damaged items.

Email us at [email protected] and please provide details and sufficient photo evidence of the item/s within 7 business days from the time you received your package. We will determine whether a refund is warranted and respond to you promptly.

If a refund is warranted, we will send you a free return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email about the processing of your refund to your original payment method.
